What You Get

This program includes free online health and fitness coaching for 4 weeks, and it’s all about customizing a plan that works for YOU. Here’s what you’ll receive:

  • Customized Diet Plan: You’ll get a diet plan based on your specific goals. You can choose from:
    • Simple diet tweaks: I’ll help you make small, manageable adjustments to your current eating habits.
    • Full meal plan: A step-by-step plan that takes the guesswork out of eating.
    • Flexible dieting with macros: We’ll set your macros on MyFitnessPal, allowing you to eat what you want while still staying on track with your goals.
  • Training Plan Tailored to You: Whether you’re into strength training, cardio, or just daily walks, I’ll design a workout plan that fits your preferences and goals. You can choose any of the following:
    • A strength training plan to build muscle and strength.
    • A cardio plan for fat loss and cardiovascular health.
    • A daily walk plan for those looking to get active without hitting the gym.
  • Check-ins via the app and optional weekly check-in calls: We’ll use the app to track your progress, and if you’d like, we can hop on a weekly call to discuss how things are going and make any needed adjustments.
  • Unlimited Text Support: I’ll be available to you via text throughout the week for any questions or support you need. Whether it’s a quick question or advice on how to stay on track, I’ve got you covered.

Why Am I Doing This?

I just launched my coaching business, and the Free Coaching Project is a way for me to gain experience, learn how to best support my clients, and collect some real-life success stories and feedback. I'm passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, and this is my opportunity to get hands-on, improve my service, and help YOU succeed.

What I Ask From You

This is a 100% free coaching program — in exchange, here’s what I ask:

  • Show up and do your best. Your results depend on your effort.
  • Give feedback at the end. Tell me what helped, what didn’t, and how I can improve.
  • Write a short testimonial if you feel like I helped you — I’d love to share your story to inspire others.
  • (Optional) Progress Photos: Only if you're comfortable — I can crop your face or keep them private if you prefer. They help me (and you!) track your transformation, and may be featured on my site if you're cool with it.
