WHY I STARTED HENDERSON FITNESS COACHING

Believing in the transformative power of movement, I set out to create Henderson Fitness Coaching as a platform that combines physical fitness with healthy habits and sound nutrition strategies. My mission is to help people take control of their health in a way that’s simple, sustainable, and effective.

  • The story behind why Henderson Fitness Coaching was founded comes from my drive to help people build strong, capable bodies and lasting confidence. After over a decade in the gym, I saw that the fitness industry often focused too much on quick transformations and not enough on long-term health or realistic habits. I started Henderson Fitness Coaching to change that — to give people real structure, clear guidance, and the tools they need to stay consistent. My mission is to help clients train smarter, eat better, and feel in control of their health — without the gimmicks.
